Ingredients:
- 2 lbs beef stew meat (cubed)
- 1 packet Lipton Recipe Secrets Beefy Onion Soup Mix
- 1 packet McCormick Brown Gravy Mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup water or beef broth (optional, for desired gravy consistency)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Beef:
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Spread the cubed beef stew meat evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix the Sauce:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Beefy Onion Soup Mix, Brown Gravy Mix, and Cream of Mushroom Soup.
- Add 1 cup of water or beef broth if you prefer thinner gravy.
- Pour Over Beef:
- Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the beef cubes in the baking dish.
- Cover and Bake:
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil to retain moisture.
