Ingredients:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions or parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup diced chicken or turkey (optional, for extra protein)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and Ranch seasoning mix.
    • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and any optional diced chicken or green onions.
  2. Assemble the Roll-Ups:
    • Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
    • Spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the tortilla, leaving about 1/2 inch around the edges.
  3. Roll and Chill:
    • Tightly roll the tortilla into a log shape.
    • Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
    • Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  4. Slice and Serve:
    • Remove the plastic wrap and slice each tortilla roll into 1-inch thick pieces.
    • Arrange the slices on a serving plate and sprinkle with additional bacon crumbles or chopped parsley for garnish.
