Ingredients:

  • For the Crust:
    • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • For the Filling:
    • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 1 tablespoon orange zest
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
    • 1 tablespoon gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Crust:

  • Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan or a similar container. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

2. Make the Filling:

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the orange zest, vanilla extract, and orange juice.
  • Mix in the dissolved gelatin until everything is well incorporated.

3. Assemble the Cheesecake:

  • Pour the filling over the prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the cheesecake is set.

4. Serve:
