Cheesy Mashed Potato Bites Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups mashed potatoes (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup milk (optional, to adjust consistency)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped chives or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Mixture:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, shredded cheese (reserve some for topping), beaten egg, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
