Crispy Meat and Cheese Spring Rolls
Ingredients:
- Spring roll wrappers
- 1/2 lb ground meat (beef, chicken, or pork)
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/2 bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a skillet, cook the ground meat until browned. Drain excess grease.

- Drain on paper towels.
