Instructions:

Making the Cake:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
