Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled

Instructions:

Preparing the Batter:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour individual round cake molds or use non-stick spray.
