    • parmesan cheese, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper.
    • Instructions:
    • Sauté onions, garlic, and bell pepper in olive oil until soft. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until browned. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in cream and parmesan, and season with thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes and serve hot.

Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are soft. Blend the soup until smooth, then stir in cream and grated cheddar. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat through and serve.
