No-Bake Chocolate Cereal Bars
Ingredients:
- 4 cups cereal (like cornflakes, rice puffs, or bran flakes)
 - 1 cup milk chocolate chips
 - 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
 - 1/4 cup honey or corn syrup
 - Optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts or dried fruits for extra texture

Instructions:
- Prepare the Cereal:
- In a large bowl, place the cereal. If using larger flakes or puffs, lightly crush them with your hands to make the pieces more manageable.

 - Melt Chocolate Mixture:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and honey. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined.

 - Combine Ingredients:
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cereal in the bowl. Use a spatula to gently fold everything together, ensuring the cereal is evenly coated.

 - Add Optional Ingredients:
- If using, fold in chopped nuts or dried fruits.

 - Press into Pan:
- Line a baking dish or a square pan with parchment paper. Transfer the chocolate-coated cereal mixture into the pan. Press down firmly into an even layer using the back of a spoon or spatula.

 - Chill:
- Refrigerate the pan for at least 1 hour or until the mixture is firm.

 - Cut and Serve:
- Once set, lift the mixture out of the pan using the edges of the parchment paper. Cut into bars or squares.
 - Serve as a dessert or a quick snack.
