Ingredients:
- 500g canned salmon, drained and flaked
- 100g breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 50g onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the salmon, breadcrumbs, eggs, onions, dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form Patties: Shape the mixture into patties.
- Fry: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties for about 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve: Serve the salmon patties hot with tartar sauce or a squeeze of lemon.
