Classic Salmon Patties

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 500g canned salmon, drained and flaked
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 50g onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the salmon, breadcrumbs, eggs, onions, dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Form Patties: Shape the mixture into patties.
  3. Fry: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties for about 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Serve: Serve the salmon patties hot with tartar sauce or a squeeze of lemon.
