Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 12 oz pasta (such as penne or rigatoni)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup white wine (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

1. Prep the Pasta:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until it is al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Cook the Shrimp:

  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  • Sprinkle the mozzarella and remaining Parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
