Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean ground beef or ground turkey
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup low-sugar ketchup
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground meat, onion, almond flour, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Press the meat mixture into the cups of a muffin tin, filling each to the top.
- Spoon a small amount of ketchup over each meatloaf cup.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the meat is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- 1 lb lean ground beef

- 1 egg

Instructions:
