Caramelized Sweet Potato Chunks
Ingredients:
- 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato chunks with olive oil, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Spread the sweet potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
