Instructions:

Prepare the Filling
In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onions until translucent. Add the garlic and cook for another minute. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Stir in salt, pepper, paprika, chili flakes, and tomato paste. Cook for 2–3 more minutes until the mixture is thick and fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley and cheese if using. Let the mixture cool completely. -
Preheat Oven and Prepare Pastry
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut each sheet into 4 equal rectangles. -
Assemble the Rolls
Place a generous spoonful of the cooled beef filling along one side of each rectangle. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges by pressing gently with a fork. Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. -
Add Egg Wash and Toppings
Brush each roll with beaten egg to achieve that beautiful golden crust. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds or a little extra cheese on top. -
Bake
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the rolls are puffed and golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.ADVERTISEMENT
Final Touch:
Serve these delicious puff pastry beef rolls warm with your favorite dipping sauce—ketchup, garlic aioli, or spicy mustard all pair wonderfully. They also make great leftovers and can be easily reheated in the oven for a crisp finish.
Whether for a snack, lunchbox treat, or impressive appetizer, these rolls are guaranteed to be a hit. Flaky, savory, and satisfying in every bite! 🧡
