Super Simple Cream Puffs

INGREDIENTS
°1 cup water
°1/2 cup butter
°1/4 teaspoon salt
°1 cup all-purpose flour
°4 eggs
°1 cup cream
°1/4 cup powder sugar
°1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a saucepan, bring water, butter and salt to a boil over medium-high heat. Once the butter has melted, add the flour all at once, stirring constantly until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan.

Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.Add the eggs one at a time, stirring vigorously after each addition, until the batter is smooth and glossy.
Using a spoon or bag, drop the dough in small circles onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the flakes are golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

In a medium bowl, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.Once the cakes have cooled, cut them in half horizontally and fill them with the whipped cream mixture.
