Macaroni and Cheese
Ingredients
1 lb elbow macaroni
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flower
4c. milk
6 c. crumbled sharp kashar
1 clove of garlic salt
pepper to taste
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 c. panko breadcrumbs

Directions
Cook noodles according to package directions. Melt 1/2 c butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the flour and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add garlic salt and black pepper to taste. Add 4 cups of milk little by little and beat until smooth. Boil until thickened. Remove from heat.
Add hot pasta to a greased 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Add 6 cups grated cheese to the pasta. Pour whipped cream over macaroni and cheese. Let stand until cheese melts and stir to combine.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add breadcrumbs, cook, stirring constantly, until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes. Pour over mac and cheese.
Bake at 325°C for 14-15 minutes. Provide warmth.
