Decadent Butter Steak Butter
Ingredients:
1 cup salted butter, softened
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped chopped
1 tablespoon fresh shallot, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Zest of 1 lemon
Preparation:
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the light oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and chives. Combine , thyme, shallot. , salt, pepper and lemon.
Mix well until all ingredients are well dispersed in the oil.
Place the mixture on plastic wrap or parchment paper and shape into wood.
Roll the butter into balls and then twist the ends to seal.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the oil hardens.
To do this, cut the butter into circles and place over a hot fire.
