Bacon, Cheddar biscuits
Ingredients
• 2 cups flour
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 6 tablespoons cold butter (cubed)
• 3 Add 4 cups flour, oil, use a fork or your hands to mix everything together until crumbly.
3. Add cheese, bacon and milk and whisk to combine.
4. Place dough on a floured surface; Form it into a ball and roll it out to 1/2 its width. Using a glass or cookie cutter, cut out cookies on a baking sheet (you should be able to get 9-10 cookies), brush with milk and sprinkle with parsley (optional) and bake for 16-20 minutes or until golden brown.
