Easy Mexican Corn Corn

Ingredients:
2 corn cobs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise (or as much as desired)
2 tablespoons heavy cream (or equal parts if you use more mayonnaise)
2 tablespoons Tajin seasoning (or as much as desired)
¼ cup strained cheese
Pepper to serve
Instructions:
Add 6 cups salted water to a large pot. Bring to a boil and add corn. Cover the pan, turn off the heat, and let the corn sit in the hot water for 10 minutes.
Remove the corn from the pan and let it cool, then insert a wooden stick into the corn. Mix mayonnaise and cream in a small bowl.
Brush the edges of the corn with the mayonnaise mixture.
Mix the tagine herbs and add the cottage cheese. Serve with lime.
