Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Prepare the Cookies:

- Add the egg and vanilla extract, beating until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Shape and Fill the Cookies:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
