Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cherries, pitted
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any preferred milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)
  • Fresh cherries and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients:

  • If using fresh cherries and berries, ensure they are washed and pitted (for cherries).
  • Slice the banana.

2. Blend the Smoothie:

  • In a blender, combine the cherries, mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
