Yorkshire Pudding
Ingredients
1 cup flour
4 eggs
¾ cup milk
6 teaspoons lard or vegetable oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
How to make Yorkshire pudding
In a small bowl with a pouring spout, combine the flour and eggs and then add the milk. Whisk the mixture until well combined, a little lumpy isn’t a problem!

Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
When ready to bake: Preheat the oven to 200°C and add half a teaspoon of oil or lard to each cavity of a 12-cup muffin tin.
Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.Remove the dough from the refrigerator and add salt and pepper.
Quickly remove the hot muffin tin from the oven and immediately pour the batter evenly into the tin. Put the pan back in the oven as quickly as possible.
Cook the pudding for 16 to 18 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
