Recipe: Hasselback Scalloped Potatoes
I tried it for the first time and it didn’t disappoint! My husband ordered two additional servings!
Ingredients:
– 2 pounds baby potatoes
– 1 cup cream
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, plus some for garnish
– 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Butter for greasing
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish with butter and set aside.2. Wash the baby potatoes well and cut them Hasselback style. Be careful not to cut them completely and to leave the potato base intact.
