 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced
 - 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
 - 1 onion, cut into wedges

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
 - 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
 - 1/2 cup beef broth or water

- Combine the thinly sliced steak with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
