Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour (for a healthier twist)

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1/2 cup buttermilk or plain yogurt (to moisten the batter)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Pan:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9-inch round cake pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Mix Dry Ingredients:
