AIRFRYER APPLE TURNOVER
INGREDIENTS USED CINNAMON
2 Apples (I use Pink Lady), peeled and peeled
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
98 Tea
98 1 Whole wheat flour Whole wheat flour
1 egg, softened egg wash

Whipped balm
INSTRUCTIONS
Bake cinnamon apples according to the instructions in this recipe. Place on a plate and let cool slightly.
Remove the puff pastry from the refrigerator and let it cool partially. Then divide the paper into 4 squares and smooth the edges of each square with flour.
ADVERTISEMENT
Spoon the apple into the center of each puff pastry square, then roll the dough back and forth into a triangle shape and pipe the edges together.
Brush the top of each piece with egg white, place two pieces in an airtight basket and bake at 180C/350F for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat cooking the remaining items.
Serve as is or with cream.
