BAKED GARLIC PARMESAN POTATO WEDGES
INGREDIENTS:
4 large red potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried tme
1/2 tablespoon dried
basil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 205°C (400°C). F) Preheat the oven and line a baking tray lined with baking paper or lightly greased.
Prepare the potatoes: In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, chopped garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, dried oregano, dried basil, half the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Toss in the potatoes: Add the potatoes to the bowl and stir until well mixed.
Arrange on a baking tray: Place the potatoes, cut side down, in a single layer on the prepared tray.
Baking: Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and white on the outside and juicy on the inside. Turn the potatoes halfway through cooking to check consistency. Preparation: After the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the oven and immediately sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese and freshly chopped parsley on top. Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
