    • Shredded cheddar cheese
    • Sour cream
    • Optional toppings: chopped green onions, tortilla chips, avocado

    Instructions:

    1. Brown the beef:
    2. In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
    3. Sauté the vegetables:
    4. Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened.
    5. Add the spices:
