Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry Noodles
Ingredients:
- 8 oz udon noodles (or any noodles of your choice)
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the Noodles:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Beef and Vegetables:
- Season the sliced beef with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the bell pepper, carrot, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Combine and Cook:
- Return the beef to the skillet. Add the cooked noodles.
- Pour in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Serve:
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious beef and vegetable stir-fry noodles!
