Ingredients:
- 200g (1.5 cups) Biscoff cookies (or Lotus biscuits), crushed
- 3 tbsp melted butter (for the cookie layer)
- 2 cups vanilla pudding or custard (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for whipped cream)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:
- Prepare the Cookie Base:
