Broccoli Pea Stuffed Chicken Breast
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
½ cup grated cheddar
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 tablespoon Italian potatoes
cup cooked broccoli
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ green leafy vegetables
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black cumin
How to Make Broccoli Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Make a pocket in each chicken breast, but DO NOT go all the way in!
Season the chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, Italian herbs and red pepper flakes.
Mix the broccoli with the bell pepper, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic and more salt and pepper.
Add whole chicken breast and broccoli cheese mixture.
Heat the oil in a pan on the stove.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Fry the chicken on both sides in hot oil.
Transfer the chicken to the paper.
Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
In a bowl, mix broccoli, bell pepper, cheddar cheese, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, chopped garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix chicken and broccoli.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet on the stove over medium heat.
Locate both sides of the chicken fillet and place on top of the skin.
Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
