Cheese garlic bread
Ingredients:
1 slice Italian bread, cut in half
1/2 cup unsalted, soft
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1. Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil for easy cleaning.
In a small bowl, combine ghee, minced garlic, thyme, oil, salt and pepper. Mix well until everything is well combined.
Divide garlic mixture evenly among cut sides. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Place half of the bread, cut side up, on the prepared sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bread are soft.
For golden brown cheese, bake for an additional 2-3 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
Let cool for a few minutes before cutting. Provide warmth.
