Cheesy Bacon Hash Brown Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 (30 oz) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (about 8 slices)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the Casserole Mixture:
- In a large bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped onion.
- In another bowl, mix the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Combine and Bake:
- Pour the sour cream mixture over the hash brown mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake the Casserole:
