Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Prepare Ingredients:
- Steam the broccoli florets for about 5 minutes until they are tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the condensed cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
