- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning (or a mix of oregano, basil, and parsley)
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
For the Dough:
- Activate Yeast:
- In a small bowl, combine warm water and sugar. Sprinkle the yeast over it and let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Prepare Dough:
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until the dough comes together.

- Prepare Topping:
- Mix the melted butter with minced garlic. Brush it generously over the dough.
- Add Cheese:
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the dough. Add a pinch of Italian seasoning over the cheese.
- Slice:
- Using a pizza cutter or knife, lightly score the dough into strips (do not cut through completely).
- Bake:
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Garnish:
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley for a burst of color and freshness. Let cool slightly and then fully slice into breadsticks.
