“Cheesy Potato and Bacon Breakfast Muffins
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup grated potatoes, excess moisture removed
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped

Instructions:
Preparing the Batter:
- Preheat the Oven and Prepare Muffin Pan: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
