Ingredients:

  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or any preferred melting cheese)
  • Optional fillings:

    • Sliced olives
    • Cooked ground beef or sausage
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Butter or olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Tortillas:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • If tortillas are not pliable, heat them slightly in the microwave or on a hot skillet for a few seconds to make them easier to shape.

2. Assemble the Cones:

  • Cut each tortilla into quarters to create triangular pieces.
  • Place a generous amount of shredded cheese (and any other fillings you like) along the wider end of each triangle.
  • Carefully roll each triangle from the wide end to the pointed tip to form a cone, ensuring the filling stays inside.

3. Prepare for Baking:

  • Place the cones point side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Bake:
