Ingredients:
– 2 kilos of chicken wings
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1 tablespoon of ground black pepper
– 1 tablespoon of sea salt
– 1 tablespoon of garlic cloves
– 1 tablespoon of onion
– 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper – 1/2 teaspoon paprika (adjust to taste)
– 1 teaspoon brown sugar
– 2 teaspoons soy sauce
– Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions :
– 400°F to 400°F (200°C)
2. Mix In a large bowl, combine olive oil, black pepper, sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Add the wings to the bowl and stir thoroughly into the spice mixture.
4. Place the wings on the baking paper, being careful not to touch them.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Shake fresh parsley before serving.
