CHOCOLATE CAKE
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup oil
2 cups wheat flour
1 cup chocolate powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
Filling
1 can condensed milk
2 tablespoons Qualy margarine

2 tablespoons chocolate powder
1 box (200 ml) cream
Roof
1 cup (tea) sugar
1/2 cup (tea) chocolate powder
1 cup (tea) milk powder
2 tablespoons margarine: Qualy
1/2 cup (tea ) Water
Method of preparation
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, add the water and the oil and gradually add the dry
ingredients already mixed.
Finally add the beaten egg whites.
Bake at 350°F for about 30-35 minutes.
Wait for it to warm up before unmoulding, cutting and filling.
After filling, cover with the still hot syrup.
Filling
Mix all the ingredients in a pot and heat until the filling comes away from the bottom of the pot.Cover with chocolate ganache and sprinkle on top.
