Chocolate crepes

For 8-9 pancakes
Ingredients:
160 g flour
40 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
1½ teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup ( 50 g) sugar
1 cup (240 ml) milk
2 tablespoons (30 g) melted butter
1 egg, large
1/3 cup (60 g) chips
For the chocolate chips:

2. In another bowl, take flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and beat until smooth. If it is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk, if it is too soft, add 1-2 tablespoons of flour. Mix the chocolate.
4. Heat the skillet or frying pan over high heat. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Spoon 1/4 cup of batter onto each pancake. Cook until bubbles appear on the top of the crepe, about 2 to 3 minutes, and cook another minute on the side.
5. For the ganache: Bring the cream to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate. Let it sit for 1 minute and mix until smooth.
6. Pour the ganache over the cake.
