Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake
Ingredients:
– For the cinnamon filling:
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
– For the cheese:
24 oz cream cheese, melted softened
1 cup powdered sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy cream

1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup sugar
1 /3 cups butter, melted
Directions:
Prepare the crust: Mix cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press under a 9-inch board. Set aside.
Prepare the cinnamon filling: Combine melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well and keep aside.
Prepare the cheese filling: Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one by one, then add the vanilla and cream. Pour half the cheesecake mixture over the crust, add half the cinnamon filling, and repeat.
Bake at 163°C for 60 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven for another hour.
