Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a 23×23 cm (9×9 inch) baking dish or loaf pan.

  2. Add breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, parsley, and paprika.

  3. Using clean hands or a spoon, gently mix everything together until just combined. Avoid overmixing, as this can make the meatloaf dense.

Step 3: Shape the Meatloaf

Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Press and shape it evenly, smoothing the top with a spatula to ensure even cooking.

Step 4: Prepare the Glaze

In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
Spread half of the glaze evenly over the top of the meat mixture.

Step 5: Bake

Place the meatloaf in the oven and bake for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes, spread the remaining glaze over the top and return to the oven for an additional 15–20 minutes.

The meatloaf is done when the internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).

Step 6: Rest Before Slicing

Remove from the oven and allow the meatloaf to rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing. This helps retain the juices and makes cutting easier.

Serving Suggestions
