- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, garlic, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently with your hands until just combined (do not overmix to avoid a tough texture).
- Shape the Meatloaf:
- Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared baking sheet or loaf pan.
- Shape it into a loaf (if using a baking sheet) or press it evenly into the pan.
- Prepare the Glaze:
- In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard (if using).
- Spread half of the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake the Meatloaf:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.
- Remove the meatloaf from the oven, spread the remaining glaze on top, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Rest and Slice:
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing to allow the juices to settle.
- Serve:
