cMeat with potatoes
4 medium potatoes, grated and fried
500 g roasted meat (beef, lamb or chicken)
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon red pepper
9 87 1 1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
★ Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Add the minced meat to the pan, break it up with a spoon and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pan and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
Place the fried potatoes in the pan and season with crushed red pepper, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
Cover the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Once the potatoes are cooked, taste them and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
Serve hot, optionally sprinkled with freshly squeezed oil.
