CREAMY BAKED MAC AND CHEESE

1 lb. . mustard
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a 9×12-inch baking dish and set aside.
Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water for 1 minute until al dente (8 minutes). Strain and mix with olive oil to prevent sticking.
While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a large Dutch oven (about 6-7 degrees) over medium heat. Add flour; Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly, and gradually add half the milk. Boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Add Worcestershire sauce. Gradually add all the Velveeta cheese and half the cheddar cheese (1 ½ cups). Stir until the cheese is completely melted and smooth. Season with salt, dry mustard, black pepper and hazelnuts. Add the cooked, drained noodles and stir to coat.
Transfer of prepared food. Sprinkle 1.5 cups of cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese on top has melted and the sauce has thickened.
For a crispier, browner top, place the plate under the broiler for 2-5 minutes.
