Creamy Beef and Penne Pasta
Ingredients:
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Beef:
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and red bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
3. Make the Sauce:

- Add the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
4. Combine and Serve:
- Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta with the creamy beef sauce.
- Cook for a few minutes until everything is heated through and well combined.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
