Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 500 grams (about 1 pound) pasta (e.g., penne or fettuccine)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
- Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Chicken:
- Season the chicken cubes with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Make the Alfredo Sauce:
