Ingredients:
For the Chicken and Broccoli:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
For the Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Prepare the Broccoli:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot of boiling water, cook the broccoli florets for about 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Sauce:
