Creamy Crab Salad

1 lb imitation crab meat (or real crab meat), shredded 🦀
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice 🍋

½ tsp salt 🧂
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder 🧄
½ tsp paprika
1 small red onion, finely chopped 🧅

1 celery stalk, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded crab meat, red onion, celery, and parsley.
Pour the dressing over the crab mixture and stir until well combined.
