Creamy Cucumber Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup (120ml) sour cream
- 1/4 cup (60ml) mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the Cucumbers:
- Wash and thinly slice the cucumbers. You can peel them if desired, but leaving the peel on adds a nice texture and color.
- Make the Dressing:
